We created a brochure for a luxury property maintenance and management company, LUX. They specialize in providing apartments and suites for business travelers who need a place to stay for a few weeks. Their service is similar to Airbnb, whose short-term rental program allows a traveler to rent a suite within a residence, or even the whole residence, on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

A tri-fold brochure seemed to fit LUX’s needs best. The front cover is visually appealing and invites the reader to open the brochure to read more about LUX. The simple yet arresting cover design includes a photo of an elegant room and the name of the company. It piques the curiosity of travelers as to what LUX can provide them. The back side of the brochure bears a logo and striking diagonal designs.

Yet the brochure’s internal content is what really engages readers and turns them into LUX clients. The first of the three internal panels is the most important one and explains why this company is different than other companies in the same industry. The other two inside panels provide a little more information about LUX’s services, the properties it offers, and photos of several of them.

A brochure is a standard promotional and advertising tool; almost every company has one. When designing a brochure, we ask the company what it wants the focus of it to be. With this classy tri-fold brochure, we conveyed the comfort and luxury that LUX clients can enjoy. The photos of the apartments vividly display what LUX has to offer. They say, in effect, “and there are many more.” The colors are warm and inviting—just like at home. As brown projects simplicity, friendliness, dependability, and comfort, we thought it fit the needs of LUX perfectly.
